1. login to the link https://www.zee5.com/signin/mobile with email/phone number.
2. Go to Subscription Plans in the Menu and select Subscription plan of the specific product.
3. After proceeding to payment page, Gift card should be chosen as a payment mode.
4. Enter 16 digit Card number and 6 digit PIN, click on Redeem.
